Department of Civil Service at a major US State recently went live with SarasTM eAssessment’s Test Authoring and Scheduling System. Given that this was a replacement to a 20 year old complex system, it involved extracting complex processes of the older system, optimize them for eAssessment, and launch it for use by the department users and external subject matter experts. This new system will create simplified and streamlined processes that will save significant costs to the State.
