Essential Skillset

• The candidate should be well versed in the RFP/RFI process.
• The candidate should have worked on multiple methods of Lead generation activities.
• The candidate should have 2-3 years of experience independently handling technical RFP/RFI response or solution approach notes.
• The candidate should be able to prepare for and deliver winning product demos for customers/prospects. The candidate should be willing to give the demos either online/offline (offline – for example, demo at prospect’s / customer’s location).
• Understanding web and mobile technologies are mandatory.
• Understanding of cloud concepts, services, and terminology are mandatory.
• The candidate should be able to independently perform all essential functions of the job with minimal guidance.
• The candidate should possess excellent analytical skills.
• The candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and oral.
• The candidate should have experience in using tools like MS-Word, VISIO, MS-Excel, and PowerPoint.
• The candidate should be skilled in using these (or related) tools to develop various artefacts for proposals like a flowchart, architectural diagrams, workflows, etc.
• Any understanding of the eLearning/EdTech domain would be an added advantage.

Functional Roles and Responsibilities

• The candidate should be able to create new answers to the technical parts of RFI/RFPs to show the value and benefits of our solutions to prospects.
• Should be able to independently lead conversations with the customer around their technical requirements like – architecture of the proposed solution, security & performance, hosting & deployment, and third-party integrations.
• The candidate should know various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall.
• The candidate should demonstrate ramping-up proactively on new products/technologies/offerings.
