1. Should possess strong communication skills

4. Good experience in Native and Hybrid Mobile application development
5. Excellent debugging and optimisation skills
6. Good understanding of relational databases and ER modelling.
7. Good understanding of data exchange format like XML and JSON
8. Should be able to manage code generated by a small team using source control tools like SVN, Git or Mercurial
9. Excellent programming skills with good understanding of Object oriented concepts
